Employement Law
The Employment law area can be divided in to two sections:
the litigation section, and
the corporate/commercial section.
Regarding our litigation section, we handle actions brought both on behalf of employers as claimants as well as against employers by employees.
As far as our corporate/commercial section is concerned, we advise both employers and employees and we deal with the drafting and preparation of employment contracts and service agreements. Amongst our clientele are various public and private companies and other enterprises as well as Workers Trade Unions.
